So, this MCCC thing must be a week long affair. 'Cause when I got to the Hallsville office to take care of my ticket, at 4:50pm. I notice a sign on the door -that wasn't there Monday- notifying any persons wishing to do business after 4:40pm Wednesday, or ALL DAY Thursday, that this would be quite impossible. Thankyouverymuch.
